The consultation, use and access to this Site imply full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of use of the Site.

1. Purpose of the site

This Site is dedicated to the AUDISPRAY product range. It is intended for the general public.

The main purpose of the Site is (i) to make available to the Site’s user (hereinafter the “User” or “you”) information on products in the AUDISPRAY range, their mode of action and their use, and (ii) to provide the User with information on dealing with a sore mouth.

The information given on the Site is for information purposes only. It is not intended to replace the advice, guidance and recommendations of health care professionals or for the treatments possibly prescribed by such professionals.

This Site may contain links to other websites that may provide the User with additional information. COOPER has no control over the content of third-party sites, that remain entirely independent of COOPER. The existence of a hypertext link between the Site and a third-party site in no way means that COOPER guarantees or approves the content of the said site, or that COOPER assumes any responsibility for its content or the use that may be made of it. The User is responsible for taking the necessary precautions to ensure the absence of viruses on the visited site.

It is forbidden, without the prior written consent of COOPER, for any User to create, on any other website, any hypertext link including a so-called “deep” hypertext link with a page of the Site and to combine it with any technique that serves to provide a direct link to the secondary pages of the Site without going through its home page.

The User is informed that when browsing the Site, and notably when using the Contact tab, the personal data listed below are collected and processed by COOPER for the purpose of answering the User’s requests for information and/or questions: e-mail address.

Information regarding the User can only be accessed by the marketing and IT services, as well as if necessary by the regulatory and quality services. In addition, the technical service providers that COOPER uses to manage the Site (site editing, hosting, maintenance, etc.) may also have access to these data.
